Covid 19: Staying safe
Please talk to us if you have any concerns about a visit.
We have some simple but effective measures in place:
Most day-to-day communication can easily be done on the phone or in a video meeting.
When we do need to arrange a visit, to conduct surveys and take measurements, we carry hand sanitiser and we always wear a mask.
We only enter your property if we need to in order to do our job.
If you are vulnerable to the virus or worried about us visiting for any reason, we can also take a test beforehand, if you would prefer.
How you can help:
Please keep your distance when we visit and try to ensure there are as few people in the property as possible.
If you or someone in your household is showing symptoms of Covid-19, please let us know so we can reschedule.
